Land's End Canvas Review

Over the last year of so I've had the privilege of being one of Lucky Magazine's Alpha Shoppers - a fashion lover hand-picked for their personal style and influence to collaborate and review trends or products. Along with being super fun, it definitely has it's perks. Most recently that perk was a $100 gift card to Land's End Canvas(Land's End more modern/contemporary line) to spend as I'd like. As I mentioned on Lucky Style Spotter, I haven't visited Land's Ends website for almost two years. I browsed the site and catalog back then and felt it wasn't relevant to my taste or style, but revisiting a couple years later I can now say I no longer feel that way - especially with their Canvas line. I pulled up the site thinking I would find a couple simple t-shirts, or a couple other basics and be done, but I found myself loving the cuts, patterns and designs of the anything but basic line. I spent a good hour on there perusing the site going back and forth on what were my absolute favorites, but I finally decided on two, the:

and the Woman's Cord Mini Skirt
$39.50

Here's how I styled them.

(headband diy, scarf AE, chambray shirt courtesy of Land's End Canvas, belt vintage, gold sequin skirt LuLus.com, charcoal thigh-high socks UO, boots Charlotte Russe, bag vintage Mulberry)

(cloche hat Forever 21, tee Forever 21, stripe knit jacket Old Navy, flower pin diy, navy cord skirt courtesy of Land's End Canvas, watch AE, charcoal thigh-highs UO, brogues ASOS, beaded clutch gift from bestie)

I spent a little time reading through the reviews of each item, especially the size reviews. I'm glad I did as the shirt ran small and the skirt ran large, so I purchased accordingly and they both fit perfectly. Just a little suggestion before your order from the site, you'll be glad you did. Check out Canvas I'd love to know your favorites!
